Both prices are fixed in ETH.
Buy Now is available only until the first bid. After the first bid the work is sold by auction. Each bid must be at least 5% above the one before. A bid placed in the last 5 minutes extends the auction to 5 minutes.
Auction length: 4 days. The auction starts at the first bid.
Fees: Transient's 2.5% protocol fee is deducted from the sale. On later resales, a 10% royalty goes to the artist.

The collector is invited to help shape future pieces or elements of the AIRWAVES project.
This happens in one 60-minute call. The artist facilitates it as an introduction and discussion.
The call is by video or phone, as the collector prefers. On video, the collector may keep their camera off.
Before the call, the artist sends a survey or prompts to prepare for it.
Additional planning meetings may be added at the artist's discretion and agreed upon with the collector.

The artist may add further film versions and creator inscriptions to this token at any time.
Added creations and inscriptions cannot be removed.
The holder chooses which creation is displayed.
No schedule of future additions is promised.

If the call has not happened, the right to it goes with the token to the new holder.
A resale does not create a new call.

The collector owns the token.
The artist keeps the copyright in the film.
The artist may display, screen and exhibit it.
The token does not give the right to reproduce or commercialize the work unless the artist agrees in writing.
The sale does not include PULSO, its software, its archive, or any contributor's private records.
Every input in the film is the artist's own, inspired by real world media she gathered.
The AI tools used are on paid plans that allow commercial use.

The sale is for an artwork and one call with the artist. Nothing in these terms or the listing promises resale value or financial return.
